Earthing (also known as grounding) refers to contact with the Earth's surface electrons by walking barefoot outside which is tough at times. Sitting, working, or sleeping indoors connected to conductive systems that transfer the energy from the ground into the body.

Throughout the years, there has been much research done about some of the healing effects of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) and it seems that the lush embrace of trees not only helps us produce more happiness hormones (mitigating aggression and sudden mood swings), it actually helps repair damaged tissue, lowers our blood pressure, slows our heart rate, relaxes and restores our eyesight, improves our digestion and even reduces the risk of dementia and increases life expectancy! During this group breathing session, you will learn how to use your breath to feel better and connect to your inner strength and resilience.
Conscious Connected Breathing is a breathing technique in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale without any pauses. When the body feels safe, the mind feels safe. The presence of the facilitator adds another level of safety to the process. This combination allows the person to feel comfortable enough so that they can surrender and allow healing to take place. Breathing moves energy and transforms it, while the altered state of consciousness facilitated by the breath allows for a more expanded perspective with added objectivity and neutrality to any memories, feelings or thoughts that may arise. Thus creating ease and flow in your life while allowing you to be fully present in each moment, rather than constantly reacting from the past.
By the end of the session, most people experience deep peace, wellbeing and clarity.
