Face yoga involves massage and exercises that stimulate the muscles, skin, and lymphatic system. This technique is designed to soften and relax your face muscles to help alleviate tension, stress, and worry. This may also help you stop making the facial expressions associated with those feelings.

Most Yoga in America focuses on a challenging physical practice. New to Yoga is designed for the person that has never practiced yoga, has limited mobility or has not practiced for an extended period of time. The focus is on breath, relaxation and learning basic postures. This is a teaching class where you will learn language, poses, lifestyle and Yoga history. This class is designed to empower you in your Yoga practice.
This class is great first thing in the morning, on a lunch break and for just after work. If you are a busy individual and have trouble finding time to rejuvenate this class will do just that for you. It is 20 minutes of breathe/yoga/stretch class. Stiff body, stressed, aches and pains that you fight with daily this is the class for YOU.
A Kundalini class begins with a short chant followed by a warm-up to stretch the spine and improve flexibility. The main work of the class is called a kriya, which is a prescribed sequence of poses and breathing that focuses on a specific area of the physical or subtle body. The teacher does not make manual adjustments. The class ends with a meditation where CPTG essential oils are applied to your feet, which may be accompanied by the teacher playing a Tibetan bowl, and a closing song.
This unique class combines Kundalini Yoga, Qi Gong and Reiki. If you are looking to ground your energy and bring balance to your life this is the class for you. Basic yoga combined with Qi Gong sequences will help your body work through stress, emotional conflict and any discomforts you may be having. Combine that with the ancient practice of hands on healing and you have quite and amazing class! Participants will receive mini-reiki therapy while holding their pose and if so desired a Qi Gong body energy therapy can be added prior to relaxation.

This is a wonderful place to begin if you are New to Yoga, pregnant, recovering from illness, low on energy, high on stress, and need to slow it down. Yin yoga is a unique style of yoga that is very healing and restorative for both the body and the mind.
Yin yoga is a slow and passive form of yoga where yoga poses are held for a longer period of time, usually between 1-5 minutes, although loner holds are common amongst students who have been practicing yin yoga for some time.
The practice and art of Yogic Sleep. In this class you will be guided through a detailed meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation.
